Position Description:

Private industry employer seeks an experienced TAX Manager to handle the process of preparing the corporate INCOME TAX returns. Must be famaliar with all current Corp Tax PROVISIONS and be responsible, for the income tax estimated payments, apportionment factors, effective tax rate calculations. Manager will also assist with tax compliance and special projects. Heavy interface with upper management. FASB 109 experience mandatory.
