Position Description:

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER
Long established San Fernando Valley Real Estate Company is looking for an assistant controller to supervise the accounting for both its development and commercial brokerage operations. Ideal candidate will have five years or more of prior experience supervising an accounting department and prior real estate industry background plus strong computer skills in Excel and in accounting software packages. Knowledge and familiarity in the areas of tax accounting issues, loan draws, escrows, insurance, payroll and human resource issues are all a definite plus for the candidate.
